Acceptable Use Policy

Dreamlux AI is a creative platform. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes what you can and cannot do on the service. It applies to every user, every piece of content you upload, and every output you generate, regardless of the plan you are on.

Bottom line: create what makes you happy, as long as it does not harm real people, violate the law, or put minors at risk. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, it probably is not — please ask us at [email protected] before publishing.

1. Absolute Prohibitions

The following are strictly forbidden on Dreamlux AI. Violations lead to immediate account termination without refund, reporting to payment networks, and, where required by law, reporting to law enforcement.

1.1 No Deepfakes or Non-Consensual Likeness of Real People

You may not use Dreamlux AI to create, upload, or distribute content that depicts an identifiable real person — including public figures, celebrities, politicians, athletes, influencers, or private individuals — without the clear, documented consent of that person.

This includes but is not limited to:

Face-swapping a real person's face onto another body or scene without consent.
Generating videos or images in which a real person appears to say or do something they did not actually say or do.
Synthesising a person's voice or simulating their behaviour to create a realistic impression of their participation.
Any content intended to deceive viewers about whether a real person participated in the depicted event.

If you are the subject yourself, or you have written permission from the subject (for example, for commercial work, parody with proper disclosure, or your own likeness), you may proceed — but you must be able to produce proof of consent if we ask for it.

1.2 No Sexual or Pornographic Content

You may not create, request, upload, or distribute sexually explicit content, pornography, nudity, or content that is primarily sexual in nature, regardless of the apparent age or consent of the subjects depicted.

This includes "softcore" or "suggestive" content whose primary purpose is sexual gratification, and applies whether the subjects are real, fictional, or AI-generated.

1.3 Zero Tolerance: Content Involving Minors

You may not, under any circumstances, create, upload, request, or share content that sexualises, endangers, or exploits anyone under the age of 18, whether real or depicted. This includes AI-generated imagery of minors, regardless of style or intent.

Any attempt to generate or share such content will result in immediate account termination, full preservation of evidence, and proactive reporting to the UK National Crime Agency, the US NCMEC, and equivalent bodies in the user's jurisdiction. There are no warnings, no appeals, and no refunds.

1.4 No Unauthorised Use of Celebrity or Public-Figure Likeness

Even without sexual content, you may not commercially exploit the likeness, voice, or identifiable style of a celebrity, public figure, or influencer without their explicit written consent.

Parody, commentary, news, and education may be allowed under applicable fair-dealing / fair-use laws, but the burden is on you to ensure the work is legally defensible and clearly identified as such. We may still remove content that attracts third-party complaints or payment-network scrutiny.

1.5 No Illegal Content or Conduct

You may not use Dreamlux AI in connection with:

Harassment, stalking, bullying, or threats against any individual.
Hate speech, incitement to violence, or content targeting people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or similar protected characteristics.
Terrorism, violent extremism, or glorification of mass violence.
The sale, promotion, or facilitation of illegal goods or services (weapons, controlled drugs, human trafficking, stolen data, counterfeit goods, forged documents).
Fraud, phishing, impersonation of any person or organisation for deceptive purposes, or the creation of fake identification documents.
Content that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, or right of publicity.
Any other activity that is unlawful in the user's jurisdiction, in the United Kingdom, or in the jurisdiction where our service is delivered.

1.6 No Abuse of the Service

No reverse engineering, decompiling, or extraction of model weights, prompts, or internal data.
No automated scraping of the website, API, or outputs beyond the limits we publish.
No attempt to bypass usage limits, credit accounting, safety filters, or moderation systems.
No uploading of malware, viruses, or content designed to attack our infrastructure or other users.
No reselling, sublicensing, or repackaging of the service without a written commercial agreement with us.
No sharing of one paid account between multiple unrelated users.

2. Content You Upload

When you upload reference photos or other source material, you confirm that:

You own the content, or you have obtained all rights and permissions needed to upload it and to generate derivative works.
Every identifiable person in the content has given their informed consent for the kind of transformation you intend to produce.
The content does not contain minors in sexualised or unsafe contexts.
The content is not defamatory, does not invade another person's privacy, and does not violate any contract or duty you owe to another party.

3. Safety & Moderation

Dreamlux AI uses a combination of automated filters, heuristic checks, and human review to enforce this AUP. By using the service you agree that we may:

Review content you upload or generate to enforce this policy and applicable law.
Refuse, block, or remove any generation request.
Suspend or terminate accounts suspected of violating this AUP.
Preserve and disclose content and account data in response to valid legal process or to prevent imminent harm.

4. Reporting Violations

If you see content on or linked from Dreamlux AI that violates this policy — especially involving a real person's likeness without consent, or anything related to minors — please report it immediately to [email protected] with the subject line AUP Report and a URL, screenshot, or task ID.

5. Consequences of a Violation

Depending on the severity, a violation may result in:

A warning and removal of the offending content.
Temporary suspension of your account.
Permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of unused credits, and a ban on future accounts.
Referral to the payment network (Visa, Mastercard, Stripe, PayPal) and/or law-enforcement authorities.
Civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

Violations of Section 1.3 (minors) trigger the most severe response in every case.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP as the service, the legal landscape, and AI safety standards evolve. Material changes will be announced on the service and reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Dreamlux AI after an update means you accept the revised policy.
