Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms

These Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms describe how paid subscription plans work on Dreamlux AI (https://dreamlux.ai). They form part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read together with our Refund Policy.

Key facts. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel any time from your account — cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You always keep what you have already paid for.

1. What You Get

A Dreamlux AI subscription grants you a recurring allowance of generation credits plus access to plan-level features (such as higher-resolution outputs, longer video duration, or priority processing). The exact price, credit allowance, and feature list for each tier are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase and on your invoice.

2. Billing Period & Auto-Renewal

  • Plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you selected.
  • Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for that plan, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • We will attempt to notify you by email before an annual renewal, and at least a few days before any price change.
  • Renewal is charged to the same payment method you used for the previous period (for example, your saved Stripe card or PayPal account).

3. Payment Methods

Payments are processed by our payment providers, Stripe and PayPal. When you subscribe you also agree to the terms of the applicable provider. Dreamlux AI does not store your full card number; our systems keep only the brand and the last four digits so that you can recognise your payment method.

You are responsible for keeping your payment method valid. If a renewal payment fails, we will retry within the rules of our payment provider. After repeated failures, your subscription will be paused and any unused credits for the new period will not be granted.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription in two ways:

  1. In your account. Sign in, open the Billing or Membership area, and click Cancel subscription. You will see a confirmation and an end-of-period date.
  2. By email. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line Cancel Subscription from the address on your account. We will confirm within 1–2 business days.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Until then, your plan stays active and you can continue to use your remaining credits. No further charges are made after cancellation unless you subscribe again.

5. Price Changes

We may change the price of a subscription plan. Where a change applies to you, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the new price takes effect. If you do not agree with the new price, you can cancel at any time before it becomes effective and the current-period price will continue to apply until renewal.

6. Refunds

We offer a friendly, transparent refund policy for subscriptions:

  • If you request a refund within 14 days of a payment and have unused credits left, we refund the unused portion (the greater of the time-prorated and credit-prorated amount).
  • Credits for generations that fail on our side are returned to your balance automatically.
  • Refunds are not available when the account has been suspended for violating the Acceptable Use Policy, when the purchase was made fraudulently, or when credits have been fully consumed.

7. UK & EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Right

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Because Dreamlux AI is a digital service, any credits you have already consumed are treated as delivered digital content and are not refundable. Unused credits remain refundable within this window.

8. Taxes

Prices shown at checkout are inclusive or exclusive of VAT as indicated. Where we are required to collect VAT or another local consumption tax, we will show the rate at checkout and include it on your invoice. You are responsible for any bank fees or currency-conversion charges that your card issuer applies.

9. Account Termination & Refunds on Violations

If your account is suspended or terminated because of a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy — including, for example, the creation of deepfakes, sexual content, content involving minors, or unauthorised use of a celebrity's likeness — any remaining credits and any active subscription are forfeited without refund.

10. Changes

We may update these Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service, and the "Last updated" date will be bumped. Continued use of a paid plan after a change means you accept the revised terms.
